This is a very good example of a mk1, very clean, has been kept in a garage with a view to my younger brother buying it when he passed his test but he\'s now moving to australia so obviously doesnt need it

so its now up for sale

Newly fitted fully re-built engine, runs perfectly!! (Built by jpsaxo owner of the tb\'d mango vts)
Chassis has covered 115k, engine around 2/3k since re-build!!
Spax vsx shocks and springs, torsion bar adjusted to match,
black vtr wheels, (please ignore the white lines, they were drawn on by a \"friend\", its just paint pen and will easily come off)

drum on the drivers side of a friends 1.1 has seized up

how the funk do you get it off? i had a quick look, it turns if you drive the car but not freely at all if the wheels in the air, you cant move it by hand

its been sat for quite a while, i tried the usual banging it with a rubber hammer to try and free it up but its not happening lol

i took the hub nut off but thats as far as i got, what next?

any advice

friend from work has bought a light front damaged 106 gti

has fuel, its cranking but no spark

immob light goes off as normal

ive given him a crank sensor, he\'s changed that so its not the crank sensor

any ideas?

mk1 saxo, basically a mate giving me a hand picked up the wrong battery and something fused but i cant find where the fuse that controls these lights is?

ive changed the one under the glovebox but still no joy

any ideas?

also the rcl tripped at the same time, any ideas where that fuse is?

friend picked up the wrong battery after chaning something on his car, it was obviously too powerful

something shorted and now the dash lights, indicators and rcl arent working

ive had a quick look at the fuses under the glovebox but i havent got a diagram with me

which ones could it be? what else could it be?

(for ref its a mk1 saxo with rcl, electric everything etc)
