Remote Networking, anyone know anything that might help....

Somers:
We currently have a network on one of sites and we are looking at a second site.  One of the applications we use is held on our master computer (needs to connect to the internet to operate) and the other computers link through the network to that program.  How or what do I need to use to connect via a remote location to that computer/network.

MIJIT:
for work,we use TSCM(Terminal Services Connection Manager) thats based on a server/computer down in burton,we use that to remotely acces our 300,00 terminals out in the uk. Basically we use Real VNC ( http://www.realvnc.com/vnc/ ) and it works wonders,we just log in to that server as if it wer a normal desktop pc at work

WHat routers do you use at each site? Its possible you can use them to create a LAN to LAN VPN which woul dbe very useful.

ahh ja,forgot about the VPn bollocks we use to connect to our terminals in australia,but i personnaly HATE that system

Somers:
We currently use a Netgear router on the Sandown Site and as we aint moved onto the other site yet I can purchase as needed ;)
