Brake lines and Ball joint

  • Failed the MOT on corroded brake lines, one front and rear.  It also needs a ball joint fitting on a front wishbone.  Are the brake lines easy to buy and fit because the garage are on about making their own and to do the two brake lines and the ball joint they are wanting about £330 + VAT  :shock:

  • the brake lines are just made from a roll of 3/16 copper tubing , found at any motor factors or ebay , i replumbed all my lines a couple of years ago , took a couple of half days as i made a mistake with one , the tube is very cheap , will be the labour that costs all the money, and i used a pit to do the brake pipes , will be slightly harder to do on axle stands, you\'ll also require a flaring tool to flare the tube ends

    the ball joint requires a press , or get inventive with some hammers , depends on the skills you got in the workshop

    excellent fast bike simillar like the oylimpics , very new , all stuff like \"no rust\" and wheels and etc...  bought because of birthday for £2400 two weeks ago - but doctor says i am going to die from various stuff like parkansons and posibly autisam so lookin for £80 / CASH ONLY - no police
