Help please strange problem here.

OK confused at this. Changed the clutch kit noise still is there, took my vtr box to get fully refurbished which it has done all bearings have been replaced. Problem is still there.

When I have come back from a drive and car is warm I put handbrake on take the car out of gear lift the clutch up I get this rattling noise not major loud at all just slight, Put the clutch in and it goes.

If its not the bearings in the gearbox and its not the clutch release bearing what the hell is it ?

Thanks for replying, Its like a very slight noise when the car is warm and if i put hand brake on and its out of gear lift clutch up noise comes put clutch in and this slight rattle noise starts

Could be worn lower engine mount?
Engine vibrates more when clutch pedal is not pressed Coult be gear selecter hitting on heat shield or something like that.
